With over 22 years of distinguished service in the elite British Royal Marines Commandos, Damian brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of diverse cultures. Having visited 89 countries, he has developed and delivered training programs for clients across nine nations, making him a sought-after expert in the field.

During his military career, Damian operated in various roles and saw action in numerous countries worldwide. His fondest memories include utilizing his exceptional photographic memory skills in high-pressure environments, demonstrating his remarkable capabilities.

A Record-Breaking Achiever and Philanthropist
In 2019, a day after his 48th birthday, Damian set a world record in Brazilian Jiujitsu (BJJ) by grappling against 230 opponents over 24 hours, raising over $35,000 AUD for a suicide prevention charity. His other charitable endeavors have raised an additional £125,000 for organizations such as Help 4 Heroes and the Royal Marines Charity.
Driven by a Mission
Damian's ultimate goal is to empower as many people as possible to achieve their dreams and goals. His current tally of countries visited stands at 89, with plans to visit at least 11 more before his "toes turn upward" (as he puts it). With significant experience in Track Athletics, Bobsleigh, and BJJ—earning his black belt in 2024 after just eight years of training—Damian's journey is nothing short of extraordinary.

Her journey took a poignant turn when her daughter was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. This profound experience motivated Kathleen to research alternative approaches to alleviate the impacts of environmental stressors on physical and mental health.
